The Finnish video entertainment market saw healthy growth over 2016 to reach €739m, up 3% from a year previously. Digital and pay-TV segments grew steadily whilst packaged video spend saw a slight easing in its decline which is expected to continue across the forecast period. Whilst SVoD remains the key component of digital spend, EST saw faster increases of 48% to reach €3.4m and is expected to more than double in spend by 2021.
