This is the second Living With Digital survey to focus on China, following the inaugural survey one year ago. The report focuses on the mapping and analysis of the Chinese market in terms of consumer preferences and behaviour relating to the digital entertainment and connected devices sector, with a particular focus on premium digital video services. The fieldwork was completed using an online survey at the end of September 2017. The previous wave completed in field in August 2016.

- A nationally representative sample of 2,500 respondents was targeted, with 2,588 actual completed and verified interviews.
- Quotas were set for city tiers, age and gender. Older demographics are notoriously difficult to target, with 15% of the total base being over 55.
- The survey was also conducted in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, Canada, USA and Japan in June 2017.
