The Belgian video market remains in good health with a highly penetrated Pay-TV market dominating overall video spend, while home video continues to expand, heavily influenced by the growing uptake of subscription video services (SVoD), predominantly Netflix. Packaged video continues its demise and is set to fall to half the size of digital video spend in 2017.
