The Dutch video market emulates the Nordic territories with a highly penetrated Pay-TV market dominating overall video spend, while home video remains healthy and heavily influenced by the strong uptake of subscription video services (SVoD), driven largely by Netflix. Packaged video continues its decline and in 2017 SVoD spend is set to reach three times the size of the packaged video market.
