You will be responsible for developing, maintaining web applications, databases, Power BI dashboards/reports and ensuring their stability, reliability and performance. Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain high quality database solutions. 
  • Develop, implement and optimize queries, stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.
    Research required data.

Responsibilities
• Assuring monthly revenue budget is met by team
• Implementing business plans provided by Head of Sales/Marketing
• All coaching and leadership of the sales team (consistent availability and involvement in client calls required)
• Overall coordination with the Futuresource marketing department (high degree of communication) on lead generation, persona development and messaging.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking and mandating all key metrics are measured weekly-and achieved.
• Setting and assure achievement of all sales budgets.
• Assuring proper salesforce utilization including but not limited to proper recording of calls, emails, orders, client notations, etc.
• Assistance/Management of determining sales territories and assuring all are properly penetrated.

Desired Experience
A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to lead a sales team by example.
Previous experience in a sales-related role is required.
