Job Overview/Purpose

You will be responsible for Futuresource’s large enterprise customers, managing relationships with some of the largest and most influential technology and entertainment companies in the world. Selling to a global market you will need to approach each client with an inquisitive attitude and solutions orientated mindset to match the available research and expertise of Futuresources to the clients’ requirements. This role will require selling to multiple time zones and international travel.
This role will be based in either the UK (remote) or USA (East Coast Time Zones only)

Core Competencies

• Achieve annual sales target (a combination of renewable services and upselling to existing clients) via a consultative sales approach
• Follow up on inbound marketing leads and outbound sales activity via phone and email
• Use of Salesforce to track activity and monthly forecasting
• Conducting sales meetings with customers and delivering company sales presentations
• Onboarding customers and ongoing customer service, including arranging client debriefs on all closed sales
• Package and sales negotiation
• International travel to meet with clients when required including attending industry trade shows
• Assisting with Futuresource events as required
• Proficient understanding of market research industry, research methodology, client’s business, and products & services suitable to meet the client’s needs

Additional Responsibilities

•Ability to sell to multiple departments and stakeholders in multi-national companies

• Ability to successfully prospect, define, cost, and write a full scope for custom client engagements
• Entrepreneurial attitude to successfully develop new syndicated research services with input from the research team, ensuring a focus on profitability as well as go to market strategy for the new product.
• Assisting Marketing with editorial for outbound marketing material and collateral as needed
• Sponsorship sales, event agenda development and recruitment of speakers for Futuresource events
• Able to provide a full company pitch with details of multiple service areas and a live demonstration of market data via PowerBI

Desired Experience
• Proven sales experience preferably in Business Information/Intelligence or other business service for at least 5 years
• Proven experience in a 360-degree account management role
• Proficient use of Microsoft office and Salesforce
• Understanding of the basic business policies of a subscriptions-based business
• Ideally you will have knowledge of the technology industry with an expertise in personal computing being a benefit
• Line Management of staff members or team leadership experience is a bonus

We are looking for a Software developer with strong MS-SQL skills. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining web applications, databases, Power BI dashboards/reports and ensuring their stability, reliability and performance. Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain high quality database solutions. 
  • Develop, implement and optimize queries, stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.
    Research required data.
  • Extract, Transform and Load data (ETL).

Overview of the role

We have ambitious plans to expand our business around the world and we are looking for a Graduate Quantitative Analyst, to join our growing Quantitative research team, working across our custom research projects and our established consumer research programmes. Working with some of the world’s largest tech brands.

The successful candidate will contribute to projects end-to-end, from initial questionnaire design through to the development and production of insightful deliverables for clients. In time, there will be the opportunity to develop the role and take more ownership of our custom research projects and consumer research programmes.
