Chris McIntyre-Brown is Managing Director at Futuresource Consulting, where he leads the company’s strategic vision and global research programmes. Chris began his career in 2005 as a Senior Consultant at Decision Tree Consulting before joining Futuresource in 2008 as a Research Consultant. Over the years, he has held key roles including Head of Global Professional Displays, Head of Business Development, Associate Director and Director, before stepping into his current leadership position. With an MA in Marketing Management from Solent University, Chris brings deep expertise in market intelligence and technology trends, driving Futuresource’s mission to deliver actionable insights across consumer electronics, professional AV and emerging sectors.

With over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, data strategy, and enterprise architecture, Khurram has driven innovation across IT operations, cloud infrastructure, GDPR compliance, and AI-powered analytics.
His career spans roles from Technical Business Analyst to Chief Technology Officer, where he has led cross-functional teams across the UK and India, delivered scalable cloud solutions, and implemented cutting-edge platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, and Agentic AI systems.
Khurram holds a Master’s degree (MSc Innovative Technology) from the University of East London.

Her experience spans global brands, fast-growing national companies and dynamic start-ups, where she has advised on and executed marketing strategies from the ground up.
A creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit, Nicola has delivered impactful campaigns for B2B and B2C brands across diverse sectors, including broadcast technology, consumer electronics, digital entertainment, travel and tourism, edtech, fintech, gaming, health tech and AI. Alistair holds an Economics degree from the University of Cambridge and has previously worked as a Business Analyst, primarily within the financial sector.

Jeremy is a senior member of Futuresource’s Professional AV analyst practice. He focuses on Professional Displays.
In previous Futuresource roles, Jeremy was part of the Imaging analyst team covering the consumer camera and photo output markets and, prior to this, a member of the Home Entertainment analyst team, tracking the global pre-recorded media manufacturing and storage media sectors.
Jeremy has managed two research and analysis teams during his years with Futuresource, as well a wide variety of syndicated and custom research projects.
Jeremy joined Futuresource Consulting in 2001. He holds a degree in French from Kings College, University of London.

David previously spent four years working within the Opportunity Markets and Global Strategy teams at Sony, building a strong experience of analytical reporting in the technology sector before joining Futuresource.

She holds two Master’s degrees: an MSc in Contemporary Chinese Studies from the University of Oxford and an MSc in History of International Relations from the London School of Economics, as well as a BA in History and Theatre Studies from Wellesley College.

With extensive experience in market intelligence and education technology, Melanie works closely with vendors, policymakers, and institutions to deliver actionable data and guidance that supports informed decision-making across the education sector.
